Production will not be affected, and non continuous work can be overhauled at any time2、 When the specific energy of the conveying medium is greater than 1.2, an additional motor shall be equipped, otherwise the lift will be affected or the motor will be burnt out3、 After using for a period of time, it is found that the leakage of the mechanical seal end face is caused by the wear of the carbonyl surface. The moving ring should be adjusted, and the two screws of stainless steel semicircle should be loosened. It is suitable for advancing forward. It is better to rotate the pump shaft by hand with ease and no resistance. Leakage will occur if it is loose, and the mechanical seal life will be affected if it is too tight and easy to wear4、 Maintenance: remove the dirt in the pump casing, front and rear pump covers, impellers and mechanical seal components, and wash them away. If there is no damage, they can be used again. Check whether the two ends of the mechanical seal are damaged. If there is less wear or scratch on the end face of the moving ring, they can be used again after being polished on a flat plate with fine metallographic sand5、 The disassembly sequence is as follows: remove the motor, bracket, bottom plate screws, remove the mechanical seal cover, allow the water nozzle to drain, loosen the moving ring snap ring bolts, the static ring pressure plate bolts, and the front and rear pump cover bolts, loosen the Feng Ding screws of the impeller shaft pull rod, screw them out for 3 ~ 5mm, knock the pull rod with a hammer, loosen the impeller, and then remove the pull rod, impeller and mechanical seal. When removing the mechanical seal, it should be done manually, not with metal tools, to avoid damage

What are the causes of mechanical seal leakage in operation of multi-stage centrifugal pump?(1) The sealing faces are not parallel.(2) The shaft or shaft sleeve is worn.(3) The pump shaft is bent.(4) The end faces of dynamic and static sealing rings are corroded, worn or scratched.(5) The assembly of the stationary ring is inclined.(6) Tension spring pressure is lacking.(7) The axial displacement is too large.

How to deal with the leakage of mechanical seal in the operation of multistage centrifugal pump?(1) Grind the sealing face or replace the sealing ring.(2) Repair or replace worn parts.(3) Calibrate or replace the pump shaft.(4) Modify or replace dynamic and static sealing rings.(5) Refit the stationary ring.(6) Adjust the compression amount of the tension spring or replace the tension spring.(7) Adjust the axial displacement.

When the vertical sewage pump is used, it needs regular maintenance(1) Check whether the sewage pump pipeline and joint are loose. Roll the sewage pump by hand to see if it is flexible.(2) Add the bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body. The oil level shall be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil shall be replaced or made up in time.(3) Unscrew the water diversion screw plug of the sewage pump body to inject water (or slurry).(4) Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipeline.(5) Start the motor. After the sewage pump works normally, turn over the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see if they show proper pressure. Then turn over the gate valve gradually to check the load condition of the motor together.(6) Try to control the flow and lift of the sewage pump within the range indicated on the label, so as to ensure that the sewage pump works at the point, so as to achieve great energy saving effect.
