Yhjl type slurry pump is a vertical slurry pump finalized by our factory after many improvements according to the actual use of users. It is widely used in building materials, paper making, textiles and mines to transport paste mineral slurry, thick liquid and river dredging projects, especially in concrete mixing stations, which are better equipment for recovering slurry water and brushing and mixing vehicles with sand and stone separators.

5、 Structural features

(1) The bearing capacity of pump shaft and bearing is increased; Wear resistant castings are used for wear-resistant parts of the overflow part, which have a long service life.

(2) Focusing on simple structure and convenient maintenance, the flow-through part of the pump is changed from the original four parts to three parts, consisting of the pump body, impeller and guard plate.

(3) All axial seals were cancelled, and the repair phenomenon caused by the damage of the framework oil seal was ended.

(4) Completely solve the motor burning phenomenon caused by slurry precipitation.

6、 Installation and removal

(1) Disassembly and assembly shall be carried out according to the general assembly drawing.

(2) The pump shall be installed vertically and fixed firmly. The outlet pipe cannot be fixed by the pump body. The pipe shall have its own independent support system.

(3) The operation cycle shall be mastered, and the grease shall be filled and the spare parts and bearings shall be replaced regularly to prevent accidents.

(4) If the amount of slurry is too small or the sand and stone particles are too large, it should not be operated to avoid vibration and slurry sedimentation.

(5) When the pump is stopped for a long time, it shall be flushed with clean water to prevent the slurry from settling and blocking. The coupling shall be manually activated for 5-10 minutes before restarting. It is absolutely forbidden to start the motor by force.

(6) The steering direction of yhjl pump is clockwise from the motor direction.

(7) Before matching the pump with the motor, the motor should be connected and started. It can be installed when the motor rotation and the pump rotation requirements are the same. It is forbidden to reverse the pump.

(8) A gap of 2-3mm shall be reserved between the pump coupler and the electric coupler.

(9) When the slurry pump is working in the open air, the motor must be equipped with a circuit fuse and a switch nearby to prevent the motor from burning out when the impeller is stuck by debris; And a protective cover shall be installed to prevent rainwater and other intrusion.

(10) Before starting the pump, the pump body should be completely immersed in the flowing liquid before starting the motor.
