In order to reasonably match the motor, we use the experience of developed countries for reference, and divide the water pump into three working condition grades: A, B and C. the matching motor power in this sample is matched according to the * * * grade. If you use in class B and C working conditions, you can appropriately reduce the power of the supporting motor according to the specific situation.

The working conditions are classified as follows:

5、 Structural features

WFB sealless self-control self-priming pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, guide vane, auxiliary impeller, pump shaft, connecting frame, electric air control valve, etc. The pump body is internally composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump is started normally, the impeller sucks the liquid stored in the suction chamber and the air in the suction pipeline together. The liquid mixed gas is thrown into the gas-liquid separation chamber through the guide vane under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotation of the impeller. Due to the sudden decrease of the flow rate, the specific gravity of the gas and the liquid is different, and the lighter gas is separated from the mixed liquid and discharged out of the pump, The degassed liquid enters the working chamber again and mixes with the air sucked in from the suction pipeline inside the impeller. Under the action of the rotation of the impeller, a certain vacuum is quickly formed at the inlet of the pump body, so as to achieve the purpose of self-priming. Because the pump has a unique exhaust function, the pump can transport liquid containing gas without installing a bottom valve. The pump is equipped with an "electric air control valve". During operation, the control valve closes to achieve sealing; After shutdown, the control valve is opened, which destroys the vacuum in the suction pipeline, prevents the liquid in the pump chamber from flowing out from the suction pipeline due to the cylinder suction, and keeps enough liquid in the pump chamber to continue the self suction process, thus realizing "* * * drainage and permanent self suction".
