UHB-ZK series pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The flow passage parts are lined with cast iron with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and polyvinylidene fluoride. This material is a new generation of wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps in the world at present. Its outstanding advantages are that among all plastics, it has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low blast resistance), creep resistance (resistance to environmental stress cracking) and excellent corrosion resistance.

Meaning description of pump model 50UHB-ZK-20-30

50 --- pump inlet diameter, UHB --- ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pump, ZK --- Z impurity mortar, K-type power seal, 20 --- flow, 30 --- head.

Structure: (1) The pump body is of plywood type or steel lined UHMWPE and polyvinylidene fluoride. (2) The impeller can be divided into two types: closed type and separated type, which can be selected according to the medium condition. (3) Seal: K-type power seal.

Applicable medium: sulfuric acid with concentration below 80%, nitric acid with concentration below 50%, hydrochloric acid and liquid alkali with various concentrations, which are applicable to both clear liquid and slurry. The use temperature is - 20 ℃ - 90 ℃. Modified materials can be used for special requirements, and the temperature is raised to 105 ℃.
