WQ series high lift submersible sewage pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) consists of water pump, seal and motor. The motor is located on the upper part of the electric pump and is divided into single phase and three-phase asynchronous motors. Double end mechanical seal is adopted between water pump and motor, and "O" type oil resistant rubber seal ring is used as static seal at each fixed seam seal. This series of electric pump has the characteristics of compact structure, large flow, high efficiency, convenient use, etc. The mechanical seal of key parts is made of cemented carbide and high-quality silicon carbide, and the rotor shaft of the electric pump is quenched and tempered with 45 # steel. Stainless steel can also be used to ensure reliable mechanical strength of the shaft, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft. It is also convenient for impeller maintenance and disassembly. The whole series can be optionally purchased with automatic coupling device equipment. When the pump needs maintenance, it can be easily lifted, detached, and connected by the chain screw. The engineering personnel do not need to go into the water for disassembly, which effectively improves the convenience and safety of the operation.
