Suction centrifugal pump, S, SH single-stage double suction centrifugal pump with split casing, for pumping clean water or other liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties. The temperature of the conveyed liquid shall not be higher than 80 ℃.

It is applicable to factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage and various water conservancy projects.

The suction and discharge ports of this series of pumps are below the pump axis, in a horizontal direction and perpendicular to the axis. The pump casing is split in the middle, and the pump cover is fixed on the pump body with bolts and locating pins. It can be overhauled without dismantling the pipeline and the prime mover. The main parts of the pump are pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, shaft sleeve and bearing, etc.

1. The pump body and cover are made of cast iron, which together form the working chamber of the impeller. The flange plate for water inlet and outlet of the pump body is provided with pipe screw holes for installing vacuum gauges and pressure gauges, and the lower pipe diameter is provided with pipe screw holes for water discharge.

2. Impellers are fed with water on both sides, and their shapes are symmetrical. They are subject to static balance test before delivery. It is fixed with the shaft sleeve and the shaft sleeve nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted through the shaft sleeve nuts.

3. The bearing adopts two single row radial ball bearings, lubricated with grease.

4. The shaft seal is sealed with soft packing. When the water pump is working, a small amount of high-pressure water flows into the packing chamber through the trapezoidal groove at the end of the split face to play the role of water seal. The tightness of the filler shall be subject to the dripping of liquid.

5. Rotation of pump: Seen from the drive end, the water pump shaft rotates clockwise. The pump with counterclockwise rotation can also be produced as required, which shall be specially proposed when ordering.
