The S-type double suction split pump is a single-stage, double suction horizontal split centrifugal clean water pump, which is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage pumps. It can be used as a drainage or water supply pump for factories, cities, power stations, water conservancy projects, etc., and can also be used for farmland irrigation. "S" series pump is an efficient and energy-saving product with simple structure and excellent performance. It is used to transport clean water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the medium to be transported is 0 ℃~80 ℃, and the allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.

Compared with other pumps of the same type, the S-type horizontal double suction pump has the characteristics of long service life, high efficiency, reasonable structure, low operating cost, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. It is an ideal pump for fire protection, air conditioning, chemical industry, water treatment and other industries. The design pressure of the pump body is 1.6MPa and 2.OMPa.

The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body are located at the lower pump body, so that the rotor can be taken out without dismantling the system pipeline. For easy maintenance, the pump body is designed with double channels to reduce the radial force, thus extending the service life of the mechanical seal and bearing. The hydraulic design of the impeller of the split pump adopts advanced CFD technology, so the hydraulic efficiency of S pump is improved. Balance the impeller to ensure the smooth operation of S pump. The shaft diameter is thicker and the bearing spacing is shorter, which reduces the deflection of the shaft and extends the service life of mechanical seals and bearings. The shaft sleeve can be made of various materials to prevent the shaft from corrosion and wear. The shaft sleeve can be replaced. Wearing ring The replaceable wearing ring is used between the pump body and the impeller to prevent the wear of the split pump body and the impeller. It is easy to replace and has low maintenance costs, while ensuring the operating clearance and high working efficiency. Both packing and mechanical seal can be used, and the sealing device can be replaced without removing the pump cover. The unique bearing body design of the bearing allows the bearing to be lubricated with grease or thin oil. The design life of the bearing is more than 100000 hours. Double row thrust bearing and enclosed bearing can also be used.

The suction inlet and discharge outlet of the S-type horizontal double suction centrifugal pump are below the pump axis and perpendicular to the axis in a horizontal direction. During maintenance, all parts can be removed by uncovering the pump cover, without dismantling the motor and pipeline.

The split pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, shaft, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, bearing parts and sealing parts. The shaft is made of high-quality carbon structural steel, and other parts are basically made of cast iron. Impeller, seal ring and shaft sleeve are vulnerable parts.

Materials: according to the actual needs of users, the materials of S-type double suction centrifugal pump can be copper, cast iron, ductile iron, 316 stainless steel, 416; 7 Rust steel, two-way steel, Hastelloy, Monel alloy, titanium alloy and No. 20 alloy.

Rotation direction: looking from the motor end to the pump, the "S" series pump rotates counterclockwise. At this time, the suction port is on the left and the discharge port is on the right. The pump rotates clockwise. At this time, the suction port is on the right and the discharge port is on the left.

Installation of S-type split pump

1. Check whether the S-type split pump and motor are damaged.

2. The installation height of the water pump, plus the hydraulic loss of the suction pipe and its speed energy, shall not be greater than the allowable suction vacuum height specified in the sample. The foundation size shall conform to the installation size of the pump unit

3. Installation sequence:

① Place the water pump on the concrete foundation with embedded anchor bolts, adjust the wedge cushion blocks between them to calibrate the level, and properly tighten the anchor bolts to prevent walking.

② Pour concrete between the foundation and the pump foundation.

③ After the concrete is dry, tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness of the S-type split pump.

④ Correct the concentricity of the motor shaft and the pump shaft. Make the two shafts in a straight line. The tolerance of the concentricity on the external axis of the two shafts is 0.1mm, and the tolerance of the non-uniformity of the end clearance along the circumference is 0.3mm (

Connect the inlet and outlet water pipes and calibrate them once after the test run, which should still meet the above requirements).

⑤ After checking that the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with that of the water pump, install the coupling and the connecting pin.

4. The water inlet and outlet pipes shall be supported by another support, and shall not be supported by the pump body.

5. The joint surface between the water pump and the pipeline shall ensure good air tightness, especially the water inlet pipeline, which shall strictly ensure no air leakage, and there shall be no possibility of trapping air on the device.

6. If the S-type split pump is installed above the water inlet level, the bottom valve can be installed to start the pump. Vacuum water diversion can also be used.

7. Generally, gate valve and check valve shall be installed between the water pump and the outlet pipe (not required if the lift is less than 20m), and the check valve shall be installed behind the gate valve.

The above installation method refers to the pump unit without a common base.

Install the pump with a common base, and adjust the level of the unit with the wedge sizing block between the base and the concrete foundation. Then concrete shall be poured in between. The installation principles and requirements are the same as those of the unit without a common base.

Start, stop and operation of S-type split pump

1. Start and stop:

① Before starting, rotate the rotor of the pump, and it should slide gently and evenly.

② Close the water outlet gate valve and inject water into the pump (if there is no bottom valve, vacuum pump shall be used to draw water) to ensure that the pump is full of water and free of air.

③ If the pump is equipped with a vacuum gauge or pressure gauge, close the cock connected to the pump before starting the motor, and then open it after the speed is normal; Then gradually open the outlet gate valve. If the flow is too large, properly close the gate valve to adjust; On the contrary, when the flow is too small, open the gate valve.

④ Tighten the compression nuts on the packing gland evenly to make the liquid leak out in drops, and pay attention to the temperature rise at the packing chamber.

⑤ When the water pump is stopped, the cocks of the vacuum gauge and pressure gauge and the gate valve on the outlet pipe should be closed, and then the power supply of the motor should be turned off. If the ambient temperature turns low, the square screw plug at the lower end of the pump should be opened to drain the residual water to avoid the pump body from freezing and cracking.

⑥ When it is not used for a long time, the water pump shall be disassembled to wipe the water on the parts, and the machined surface shall be coated with antirust oil for safekeeping.

1. Operation:

① The high temperature of water pump bearing shall not exceed 75 ℃.

② The quantity of calcium base grease used to lubricate the bearing should be 1/3~1/2 of the bearing body space.

③ When the packing is worn, the packing gland can be properly pressed. If there is too much hemp damage, it should be replaced.

④ Regularly check the coupling parts and pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearing.

⑤ In case of any noise or other abnormal sound during operation, stop the machine immediately, check the cause and eliminate it.

⑥ It is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the speed of the water pump, but it can be used by reducing the speed. For example, the rated speed of this type of pump is n, the flow is Q, the head is H, the shaft power is N, and the reduced speed is n1. After the speed is reduced, the flow, head, and shaft power are Q1, H1, and N1 respectively. The relationship between them can be converted using the following formula.

Q1=(n1/n)Q H1=(n1/n)2 H N1=(n1/n)3 N

Assembly and disassembly of S-type split pump

1. Assembly of rotor parts: raise funds to install impeller, shaft sleeve, shaft sleeve nut, packing sleeve, packing ring, packing gland, water retaining ring and bearing parts on the pump shaft, and cover them with double suction seal rings, and then install the coupling.

2. Install the rotor parts on the pump body, adjust the axial position of the impeller to the middle of the double suction seal ring and fix it, and fasten the bearing body gland with the fixing screws.

3. Install the packing, place the split face paper pad, cover the pump cover, tighten the stud pin, tighten the pump cover nut, and then install the packing gland. However, do not press the packing too tightly. If the real material is too tight, the shaft sleeve will heat up and consume more power. Do not press it too loosely. If it is too loose, the liquid leakage will increase and the pump efficiency will decrease.

After the assembly is completed, rotate the pump shaft by hand without rubbing. The rotation is smooth and even. The disassembly can be carried out in the reverse order of the above assembly.
