NBA condensate pump

NBA pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal condensate pump. GN and GNL pumps are two-stage single suction centrifugal condensate pumps, which are suitable for power plants and are used to pump condensate in condensers and 750~3000kw steam turbine generator units to pump condensate or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The liquid temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃. The pump inlet pressure is not higher than 0.6MPa.

Product Overview

NBA condensate pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal condensate pump. Structural type of NBA condensate pump:

　　

NB, NBA, GN and N condensate pumps are horizontal and GNL are vertical. Rolling bearing and grease lubrication are adopted, and the shaft seal is a packing seal, which can also be used as a mechanical seal.

The NBA type condensate pump is a horizontal type with a front door structure, that is, when removing and replacing the impeller, remove the water inlet, unscrew the coupling nut, remove the coupling and flat key, and extract the impeller and shaft from the water inlet end.

GN type is horizontal, and the fixed part is mainly composed of water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section, bearing body, guide vane and sealing ring. The axial force of the rotating part is borne by the ball bearing, while the radial force is borne by the ball bearing and the sleeve bearing installed on the guide vane.

There are cooling chambers around the packing and on the bearing body, which can be connected to the cooling water. The water inlet direction is axial, and the water outlet direction is vertical. The horizontal structure is light, but the pipeline needs to be disassembled for maintenance.

The GNL type is vertical, the pump body and pump cover are separated along the axis, the axial force of the rotating part is borne by the ball bearing, and the radial force is borne by the ball bearing and sleeve bearing. The water inlet and outlet of the pump are cast on the pump body. There are semicircular pump feet at the lower part of the pump body and semicircular supports at the upper part. The support is mounted on it. The motor is mounted on the support. The vertical pump occupies a small area and is convenient for maintenance.

Material of main parts: the flow passage components of the pump body, pump cover, sealing ring and shaft sleeve are made of cast iron, the impeller of the N-type condensate pump is silicon brass, and the inducer is aluminum iron bronze. The shafts are made of high-quality carbon steel.
