PN and PNL sewage mud pumps are horizontal and vertical single-stage single suction cantilever type impurities, mud pumps and sewage pumps, which have the following characteristics:

1. The clearance between impeller, pump body and guard plate can be adjusted in time to maintain high efficiency.

2. The pump has simple structure, safe and reliable use and convenient installation. This type of pump can be used to transport sand and gravel, mud and sewage in infrastructure, geology, mining, smelting, environmental protection, chemical industry and other industries. The transport concentration is 50-60% by weight. Among them, 3PNL and 4PNL mud pumps are ideal equipment for drilling holes in infrastructure engineering.

5、 Structural characteristics

1. Wear resistant cast iron is used for the wear parts of the overflow part, which has a long service life.

2. The clearance between impeller and guard plate can be adjusted in time to maintain high efficiency.

3. The above type of pump bearing is directly installed in the horizontal split bracket, which is convenient for disassembly and inspection and timely adjustment. A water-cooled coil is installed in the oil pool, which improves the working conditions of the bearing.

4. The pump body above the pump is large and adopts a split structure, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
