Ay type centrifugal oil pump is used for conveying petroleum, liquefied petroleum gas and other media without solid particles, especially high temperature, high pressure, flammable or toxic liquids. It is suitable for petroleum refining, petrochemical industry and chemical industry.

Ay series pump is a new energy-saving product reconstructed and redesigned on the basis of Y-type oil pump series. Its structural type, installation size and performance range remain the same as Y-type oil pump, and its efficiency is 5% - 8% higher than Y-type oil pump on average.

Structural features

Ay type oil pumps are divided into single-stage single suction, two-stage single suction and single-stage double suction arm centrifugal pumps; There are six structural types of single-stage double suction, two-stage single suction, two-stage double suction and two-end support centrifugal oil pumps.

In the radial part of the shell, the bearing surface of the pump is on the horizontal plane of the axis, and the inlet and outlet of the pump are vertical. The pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, shaft, pump cover, mechanical seal parts, bearing parts and other main parts. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the impeller balance hole.

Bearing: a radial ball bearing and a group of thrust ball bearings are installed in the bearing body and lubricated with thin oil from the oil slinger. Cooling fins are cast on the outer surface of the bearing. The bearing has three modes of air cooling (T & lt; 120 ℃), (t = 120 ~ 260 ℃) and (t = 260-420 ℃) for different operating temperatures. Air cooling is suitable for water shortage or poor water quality areas.

Transmission: in order to facilitate the maintenance of the pump, a flexible diaphragm type elongated coupling is used. The pump is directly driven by the motor through the coupling. From the original motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
