Product overview ZW series self-priming non clogging sewage pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge. It adopts the shaft loop backflow external mixing type. Through the unique design of pump body and impeller flow passage, it is not necessary to install the bottom valve and fill the water like the general self-priming clean water pump, but also can suck and discharge the liquid containing large particles of solids and long fiber impurities. It is the most ideal impurity pump widely used in municipal sewage works, pond aquaculture, light industry, paper making, textile, food, chemical industry, electricity, fiber, pulp and mixed suspension and other chemical media. This series of pumps has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and convenient use and maintenance. Each technical performance index is in the leading position in China and reaches the international advanced level. Working principle The pump body is equipped with a liquid storage chamber, which is connected with the pump working chamber through the upper return hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial reflux external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, a certain amount of accumulated liquid has been stored in the pump cavity. When the pump is started, the liquid stored in the pump is thrown up with air under the action of the impeller, the liquid returns to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation pipe, and the gas is discharged out of the pump, so that a certain vacuum is formed in the pump to achieve the role of self-priming.
