XBD series constant pressure fire pump is a new product developed by our company according to the market demand. Its performance and technical conditions meet the requirements of the latest National Fire Pump (GB6245-2006).

Application scope 

XBD series constant pressure special fire pump shall be applicable to the water supply of fixed fire fighting systems (hydrant fire extinguishing system, self spraying fire extinguishing system and water spray fire extinguishing system) in industrial and civil buildings, especially for the divisional fire water supply system of high-rise buildings. It can also be used for water supply system shared by fire control and life (production), and various occasions such as building, municipal, industrial and mining, boiler water supply, etc.

The remarkable feature of XBD series constant pressure fire pump is that the flow head curve is very flat (in the full flow range, the head change is very small, especially when the flow is small, there is no overpressure), and it has the same performance characteristics as tangent pump, all in line with the use characteristics of the fire scene, solving the problem of large pressure fluctuation when the flow changes in the fire water supply process. However, since the semi open impeller is adopted, the leakage is less than that of the open impeller, so the efficiency is about 3% higher than that of the tangent fire pump with the same performance. XBD series constant pressure fire pump adopts the structure of motor extended shaft, which improves the reliability of the pump unit, runs stably and has low noise. The impeller is a semi open impeller without a ring, which eliminates the phenomenon of corrosion and seizure. The impeller is made of copper, aluminum alloy or stainless steel; The shaft is made of stainless steel; The pump unit is equipped with mechanical seal.
