Screw pump is a kind of single screw transmission pump. Its main working parts are the screw of eccentric helicoid (called rotor) and the screw bushing (called stator) with double helical surface on the inner surface. Its working principle is that when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, on the one hand, the screw rotates around its axis, on the other hand, it rolls along the inner surface of the bushing, thus forming a sealed chamber of the pump. Every time the screw rotates, the liquid in the sealing chamber advances by one pitch. With the continuous transmission of the screw, the liquid is pressed from one sealing chamber to the other in a spiral way to extrude the pump body.

Screw pump is a new type of liquid conveying machine, which has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient use and maintenance, continuous and uniform liquid discharge, stable pressure, etc. All metal parts in contact with materials of the thick slurry pump produced by our company are made of high-quality stainless acid resistant steel. The shaft material 2cr13 liner is non-toxic and tasteless rubber, and the working temperature can reach 100 ℃. It can be used to transport food slurry and deep liquid slurry with viscosity of 10000 pescals per second containing particles or rubber blocks. The corrosive medium of suspension is widely used in food, metallurgy, construction, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industrial sectors.
