Structural characteristics

The pump is a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters, and is located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small floor area, and low construction investment. If it is equipped with a protective cover, it can be used outdoors. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor. The axial dimension is short, and the pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise. The installation and maintenance of instant noodles does not require dismantling the pipeline system. All rotor components can be extracted by removing the nuts of the pump coupling seat. The series and parallel operation mode of pumps can be adopted according to the use requirements, i.e. the flow and head. The pump can be installed vertically and horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout. The series flow range is 1.5~1600m3/h, the lift range is 5~125m, and it is divided into basic type, split type, cutting type and other specifications

ISG single-stage vertical pipeline pump, also known as pipeline pump, centrifugal pump, pipeline centrifugal pump, single-stage centrifugal pump, vertical pump, booster pump, hot water pump, circulating pump, booster pump, etc., is a smart combination of design based on general vertical pump by our scientific and technical personnel and domestic pump experts using * * * hydraulic model and performance parameters of IS centrifugal pump. 1. ISG single-stage vertical pipeline pump is a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters, and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. 2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial size and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by pump operation, thus ensuring stable pump operation, low vibration and low noise.

3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature resistant mechanical seal, hard alloy material and wear-resistant seal, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.

4. It is convenient for installation and maintenance. It is not necessary to remove the pipe road system. All rotor components can be extracted by removing the nuts of the pump coupling seat.
