1、 Product Overview

IY series single-stage single suction oil delivery centrifugal pump is a derivative of IS series. Its performance parameters, cavity dimensions and installation dimensions all conform to ISO international standards. It uses water cooling devices and mechanical seals, and operates safely and reliably.

IY series single-stage single suction oil transportation centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting petroleum products without solid particles. The temperature of the conveyed medium is between - 20 ℃ and+150 ℃. The higher working pressure of the pump is greater than 1.6MPa, and the suction inlet pressure is not greater than 0.8MPa. It is mainly used in oil fields, refineries, and petrochemical industries. Its performance parameters are: flow Q: 6.3~400m3; Lift H: 5~125.

There are 29 basic types of IY series single-stage single suction hot water centrifugal pumps. In order to meet the different performance requirements of users, our factory adopts the method of cutting the outer diameter of the impeller, thus increasing the selection specifications of IY pumps.

The main parts of the IY series single-stage single suction hot water centrifugal pump include pump body, impeller, pump cover, suspension components, mechanical seal components, shafts, etc.

This series of pumps are of the rear door structure, which has the advantage that it is unnecessary to disassemble the pipeline for the maintenance or replacement of the rotor components, and the rotor components are supported by the suspension (please refer to the structural drawing of the IY pump).

Balance of the axial force of the pump. For pumps with large axial force, the impeller is equipped with a balance hole, and the rest of the axial force is borne by the bearing.

The shaft seal is an unbalanced single end mechanical seal. A water cooling jacket is set outside the shaft seal. External cold water can be connected through the 1/4 pipe interface on the side of the pump to cool the shaft seal.

The pump is directly connected with the motor through the coupling. From the driving direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
